do you mean wlw = "Wer liefert was" (who delivers what)? Then just go to www (dot) wlw (dot) de website and on the upper right you can change language to english. Then click on the green button "Register company". Direct would be www (dot) wlw (dot) de/lyc/firma-bei-wlw-eintragen#/company
