I have a bunch of backlinks on there... you have to have a site that is informative and authoritative and you'll get links from there as the authors use your site for a resource.
Or... you can hire a guy that is a writer there to write an article for you and use your site as a backlink.
In order to be used as a reference for an article from eHow your site will need to be of a very high standard. Nowadays they are only allowing references from mostly .gov and sometimes .edu sites.
