How to Submit Contact Form On Ngrok

Hello everyone. I don't know if this is the right section on the forum to ask this question. I'm currently using ngrok to access my website. On my website, there is a php page that has a contact form.

My question is, can the contact form be submitted into the ngrok command line? For those of you who know how to use Ngrok, how do you make it possible for your contact form to submit on Ngrok?

Well, I've decided to abandon ngrok and just focus on webhosting. Now I'm searching for strong and reliable webhost to buy.
