Sounds like their support is copy-pasting replies without actually resolving issues — I’d suggest avoiding Smmlo.com and instead testing smaller orders from a few different SMM panels to find one with fast delivery, working refill, and responsive support.

yeah at this point I’d just open a dispute, getting the same “add to refill” reply every day would drive me nuts too.
