Hello Fam. I am planning on opening an Amazon Affiliate Website and I read that buying an expired domain is better than a new one. So my question is How to know find a good expired domain. I've found few good ones for sale. But what tools (free) do I use to find out good expired domain? & How do you define good domain? Thanks!

expireddomainsnet is a good place, it's free and you can filter by age, PR, etc. great place to start.

Good luck!

No one who really knows is going to tell you, because that would mean more competitors bidding on same domains.

I might have told you, but you used the word "fam".

wayback I wouldn't see such things.

There is nothing majestic about this.

As mentioned in the above post i too recommend the site "ExpiredDomains(dot)net" from where you can find all sort of information regarding the domain either it is good one or useless.

hmm...
A good domains consist of a word consisting of 4-5 alphabets.
Domain consisting of many words will not be good.

I have posted a great resource explaining all of the different common stats that can be used for determining the quality of an expired domain here.

If you are unsure about any of the different stats and what they mean that is a great starting place.

Also yes the Wayback Machine is a decent place to see if a domain that you find with good stats has a clean history.
