Going off of the information here, if you need the python script written for that, it's worth posting about it on the Hire a Freelancer section. That said, the specifics of it is a little murky so you're gonna want to do some further reading into that. I'm not dreadfully aware of anything quite like that so it's very curious on what the end product would look and function like.
