How to stream pre-recorded videos on Periscope?

Hey, Don't sure if you get it but:

I have edited videos that I upload to youtube, I want to livestreaming this videos (like there were real live) and do it on Periscope.

The most wild option is to put the phone infront of the monitor and begin to livestream the video displayed on my monitor but that will be too low quality and bad sound (and dumb).

Anyone have an app or bot to do this?

Also is this legal? I mean, in case I do it with a trick, did I run the risk of being banned?
