How to stop thread updates to email

Hello guys, am sorry I know this is a real noob question but lately I have been getting a lot of emails from bhw, everytime someone replies to a thread wasn't like that before, kindly help me. Where do i go to disable these please. It will be appreciated. Thanks.

Click on "Go Advanced" button, change Thread Subscription to "Do not Subscribe" and you shouldn't be getting those emails now.

Hmmm... I did that the other day, it all stopped and then woke up just now with a load in my inbox... Will have to try again I s'pose.
