For over two months I recieve chinesse spam on skype, almost weekly

There are some phrases. If you use them in chat, their internet access will be blocked by Chinese Government. I forgot them, but you can find them in the forum or through Google. If they're really from China, it's easy to get rid of them. But, if they're operating from outside, then it'll be difficult to deal with them.

You just need to learn Chinese and then figure out what they want. What if they are trying to transfer money to you, and not get cash from you.

Yes. Even if you post "The Tiananmen Square Massacre" on chat messages, their ISPs instantly block their access. I only read it but never had any Chinese volunteers to try it. You can experiment with them
