I never had this problem before but I am in the US and would regularly create TikTok accounts back in december, I created around 9ish TikTok accounts trying to run faceless channels on my simcard. almost all failed and then I would create a new account with a fresh email etc. I would upload on pc and didn't have any issue. finally I created a successful channel that I have now been able to run passively and I wanted to start another channel, created the account on my simcard warmed it up and uploaded videos on the phone nd got views, then I finally started posting it on pc and I would get 0 views. then when I upload through mobile I get views but back on my pc I am hit with a hard 0 views. Is there any way to solve this problem? is the TikTok account gone? and will I need to create a new account on a new simcard and phone?

Uploading on PC is not equal to uploading from mobile.
0 views for PC is normal, mostly 0-50 views when on mobile you have 700-1000 views
PC wasn't designed for regular users but for brands who pay for ads.

I've been uploading on pc for one of my channels and have been getting hundreds of thousands and sometime million view videos, do you think I'm missing out on even more views?

I could upload the videos to google drive and then download them and upload it on my phone, but isn't there metadata that it's from pc? (maybe run it through caput on your phone to override the metadata?)

I tried uploading on bluestacks on my pc but it flagged my account and it got kicked out from the CRP for "Security issues" but have been able to rejoin and haven't had any issues since.

Problem with desktop views is not some isolated case. Many people reporting it for years, as TikTok seems to deprioritize videos uploaded from PC.
Yes, many people will perform good on PC, but most of them not.
Bluestacks is not mobile, every even noob developer can detect bluestacks with few lines of code.

Do you run any TikTok accounts? if so how do you upload the videos? if it is much more lucrative to send the videos to my hpone then I don't see a reason not too. I just suspect that metadata will carry over, and that I believe mobile mainly prioritizes made using the camera app and making irl videos unless im mistaken

You cannot fake TikTok's meta from mobile. Videos recorded in app camera are not saved to phone.
It's not about meta
Of course you can upload videos from mobile storage, there meta can be important. Make just sure it's not encoded with ffmpeg because it's detectable.
Filmora, Davinci Resolve works just fine.
I uploaded 99,99% via iPhones
Usualy video on PC 10-50 views, on iPhone 500-1000 views.
Got virals on phone, but never on PC.

my phone is a samsung, I've realized that it is not recommended to use an android as they send more data then they should, do you think this is a potential issue? and also do you run multiple accounts?

Yes I run and Samsung can be issue

how did you create and manage the accounts? all on the same phone or do you have different, phones with different sims? and do you use all the same wifi or do you run any proxies?

If you have an author account, then use only a smartphone. When you transfer your account from your phone to your PC, protection is triggered (the algorithm assumes that your account has been hacked), so your views are cut off. I created an account on my PC, and on the same day I transferred it to my smartphone... and I had restrictions on subscriptions. I can't follow other users. Over time this got better. But by that time I was already actively developing another account.
