There is one person that spam uploads a dozen YouTube videos everyday, probably with a bot or software, taking my thumbnails/titles and my brand name.
I report his videos when I see them. He continues to make several channels and uploads hundreds of videos throughout the month. (Also uploads the same video each time)
YouTube has been taking them down, but this week they aren't taking any down.
I thought YouTube could permanently ban somebody's IP or device from creating another YouTube account?
How do I stop this?
