there are many way you can save your budget first of all set daily budget in all campaign and choose maximum cpc for bid so you can control each click and pause the ads which are not performing and do ad scheduling when your ads work best and if you are new check your account daily and start with a small budget in the beginning.

yeah, you can control it easy bro just set daily budget on each campaign and dont keep it too high, also use shared budget if needed, turn off auto apply recommendations, check bidding strategy like dont use maximize clicks without limit, better use manual cpc or set max cpc limit, also add account level spend limit if available and check ads daily so it dont go crazy spend, small monitor is must when new.

yes you can control it bro, just set daily budget limit in campaign so google not spend more than that, also use manual cpc at start so you control bids, and keep checking search terms and pause useless keywords, plus you can schedule ads time so it not run all day, this way you avoid overspending
