How to stop feedbacks in a profile like "scammer"

Yeah pretty much anyone can drop feedback even if they never bought. maybe you should open a ticket with BHW support and explain the reason of your feedback. I am pretty sure they will gladly help if they will find out that it's a random spam reply.

The feedback system definitely needs to be updated. However, the process of removing fake feedback is quite slow, and it can significantly impact users profile, especially if you haven't interacted with or know or dealt with the user at all.
I experienced this myself, and I want to share that you can get this type of fake, vulgar, or nonsensical feedback removed by reporting it and explaining your situation to the admins. While the removal process can take a few days, which is frustrating, these unfair feedback entries will ultimately be taken down.

I faced same problem in past, but I started to report them. Or by reaching to support.

So you reported and what was next? Bcs Im reported too and 48 hours is over but nothing happend.

You need to wait until you receive a response of your report otherwise, open a support ticket if you haven't received any reply within 72 hours.

Review was removed as the buyer has no proof of buying, contact your buyer and ask him for transaction id and if he bought through bhw thread or haf or wtb
