has someone ever looked down upon you because you didn't have enough money?
Just remember that whenever you procrastinate things and you would never do so again.

Making an excel sheet with daily routine tasks works well for me. You have all the tasks you want to do through the day in first column and days of the month in the other columns. Every day you can put a tick on accomplished tasks and also you can track your productivity within the time range.

Look around you and see what you are missing. You don't have a car? Great, then think of getting a car and start to work. If you are just too freaking lazy just to check outside the window, then you need some self motivation around the internet. Or just simply think about this... Others are making $xxx or $x,xxx today and what are you doing? Just sitting your lazy a$$ off the chair and staring in front of the monitor.

If that doesn't still work for you, arrange an appointment with a specialist.
