I think it is fair to say that probably half (if not more) of the people here procrastinate and are a lot lazier than they should be. The problem that many people have is kicking that lazy habit and finding your motivation. If that sounds like you here's some tips I put online that will work for you if you follow them:

Blast some old "Rocky" songs (I am dating myself big time here). That always gets me pumped to do anything.

That's exactly what I do when I go to workout in the basement but I have no energy/motivation to lift... a little eye of the tiger, War, training montage music, no easy way out... works 99.9% of the time.

The following quote describes what happened to me perfectly well.

Being lazy for a week turns into being lazy for a month turns into being lazy for a year or years. And while you're being lazy there are people out there working hard and becoming successful. That should really be you.

For most of the lazy asses here, listening to rap or dupstep doesn't cut it, they're still lazy... sorry, Skrillex isn't going to build backlinks for you.

Those kind of people either need to be seriously hurting for money, or have an Adderall connect.

I get motivated every time I see my wife walk out the door with my fuckin credit card. :sigh1:

It's really a mindset, you become what you think of. Personally, to get me motivated i like to rip a bong.

Haha. Nice. That used to be me.

On the complete opposite side of the spectrum, go running. Seriously. I don't care if you're fat (I used to be), out of shape, whatever. Just get out there and run. The energy will start pumping and you will feel motivated, every day, more and more. It's glorious.

For me, the past two weeks of seeing people that I love suffer is enough to motivate me. I would give a piece of my soul for them.

Yeah working out is also a good way to get motivated, that's why i go to the gym daily, or at least try to.
