How to stay organized?

How do you all stay organized with so many Facebook accounts and each account having multiple ad accounts and multiple ads within that? I only have 10 accounts at the moment but I'm already starting to lose track. Any tips here?

Maybe using some productivity tools ?
 
You can properly manage your multiple accounts with some tools like proxies, anti detect browser.
That tool going to help to keep your account organized.
 
You can use the tool in the Extentions section to check how many accounts that Facebook account currently has. Regarding Campaigns, there will also be some applications for you to check to see how many active ads that account currently has.
 
You can use multiple anti detect browser with good proxy assigned to them. Make an google sheet for the work done.

We use 3rd party tools to help, we are human and of course, cannot remember everything. Smit and FFB do support English, you can try it

Use a browser that supports this, it's very good, you can manage a larger number of accounts
 
Antidetect browser + Excel table will be the best
