How to stay anonymous while using ebay/paypal?

I'm pretty new to this and was wondering what is the best way to be as anonymous as possible while using ebay or paypal. I'm asking because I've read that it's not smart to use Tor as they would just block your account.

Maybe using paid VPN, proxy over Tor, connecting through public Wi-Fi?



I'd appreciate some info from the pros here :)

just teather through a mobile phone. i use boost mobile as they allow unlimited teathering

What do you mean by teathering on a mobile phone? Does that mean just buy a burner and use that phone for the mobile verification?

You can connect to 4G with your smartphone and launch a hotspot. Then connect to that hotspot and get a dynamic IP shared with multiple people. Usually websites don't blacklist mobile carrier IP addresses because they are shared and temporary, so you can abuse that. Every time you want a new IP you can toggle flight mode on your smartphone and you will be given a new IP address.

not that easy need other plugins/apps spoof browser and phone settings .

I answered a question about tethering, not about "staying anonymous".

And if you are talking about running stealth accounts on a smartphone, it's not a good idea at all. Smartphones are personal surveillance devices, it's too easy to fingerprint them.

New user account to keep separate from your personal stuff with a folder on the desktop for each eBay/PayPal account you have using a fresh install of chrome portable in each. Use a mobile dongle to access the accounts making sure to physically unplug then reconnect the dongle between logging into each account to get a new IP address
