How to start with offpage?

Hi guys,
I'm a SEO noob and just launched a new site with new domain.

My plan is releasing 1 article per day. GPT4 generated and edited by a human. I tested it and the content quality is pretty good, I dont think average writers could write better articles.

Besides onpage, I'm wondering how to start with Offpage SEO / Linkbuilding.

I'm afraid that when accumulating too many backlinks in this early stage, it will look very unnatural to Google.

How should I start with offpage in my current situation? Buy small link package and then new backlink every X days/weeks?
