1. apply and get accepted into a cpa network.
2. pick an offer
3. create a landing page/website promoting or "reviewing" the offer. (include your aff. link)
4. drive traffic to that site
5. track visitors and results
6. tweak and optimize (split test) your landing page for maximum conversions
7. profit
8. repeat above steps with different offers.
driving traffic is the hard part. (or expensive if youre using paid sources.)

If you are completely brand new to Internet Marketing, you might want to read a few books first before applying to a CPA network.
Most reputable CPA networks want to talk to you on the phone before they accept you into their network. If you don't know the first thing about Internet Marketing when they call you, it will show when you talk to them.
This is an awesome forum for learning everything you'll need to know for promoting CPA offers.
Don't do what I did when I started and try to learn everything. This will take you years to learn. I would stick to learning about CPA only, and apply to several CPA networks once you have a general knowledge about CPA.
Go to Offervault.com and create an account there. You can browse through over 20,000 offers on Offervault from most of the CPA networks there. This will help you decide which networks to apply for.
Some CPA networks are easier to get into than others. Some of the smaller networks will accept you without even calling you.
Read threads about how to get accepted into a CPA network. Become an expert on this topic. This will help you when you apply to the CPA networks.

PPC which stands for pay per click can be very expensive and if you are just starting out on it you can easily lose your pants
Check out the Bum marketing or article marketing books in the download section. They can get you started.

pay per click traffic = adwords, bing, yahoo. the clicks can get really expensive if you dont know what you are doing.
other sources of paid traffic:
Payperview traffic ( trafficvance, media traffic, etc)
or you can buy banners for other sites.

I would highly suggest that all beginners skip buying any kind of traffic or product. All of the basics you can learn for free as long as you're not too lazy to do some thinking and searching. Once you get paid your first time if you choose you can then invest that money into scaling up your methods with what you have already learned.

can i ask, for surveys......
i am doing cpa via my blog, slowly they are getting done, i was looking at offering or outsourcing the surveys to indians, but as i live in asia, i thought ummm.
so my idea is or my thoughts are, to get 10 student girls in an office, doing cpa surveys all day off my own blog, and mix them with traffic off bhw, bought cheap.
any advice pls, all answers welcome. thx guys.
