how to start affiliation as a Newbie ?

hi all,
I've been interested for years now in web marketing, but I never took action because I was focused on other things which turned out to be unprofitable, now I want to start doing affiliation, and I would like to know how to do it since I have no capital and no experience, what are the affiliate programs for newbies / free traffic methods since I don't have a budget for proxies and I'm afraid of spending a lot of money on proxies to warm up accounts to spam in FB groups with 0 ROI, I'm not looking to make a lot of money I just want to make like 200/300$ a month to live and save some capital while gaining experience .
