I want to start a web site after some thought i zeroed in on
some of them.

file download site
website stats site

i want to go with a website stats site like
cubestatdotcom or websiteoutlookdotcom

any advice on should i go with it
if so what are the methods to popularize the site
i have downloaded the clone script from here only.

can i expect to have 10k views per day in 6 months time.

If your willing to pay for a decent template, you can always go to template monster. They have very good and affordable templates.

I don't mean to put you down, I'd look at my chances against some of the competitors first. For example, competing against a lot of the popular photo sharing sites is near impossible (unless you have a budget and/or a team).

It seems like you're new to internet marketing, which is not a problem at all. We all gotta start somewhere. Why don't you read around here a bit more. I just feel that if you don't know how to make a website, you're probably not ready to take on such a venture. Learn before you jump into anything.
