thinking of starting a web2.0 style site in my native language. like hubpages, wix, weebly etc. anyone tried this before?

wondering how easy/hard it is to do?

Remain it as a Question only. Coz you know Questions are better than answers. :)

i noticed that there is a market for this in my home country. they can use weebly or blogspot to build out their sites, but most of them would prefer a local web2.0 site. just wondering out loud here. how hard is it to create a whole web2.0 website from scratch?
