How to start a VPN service ?

I would like to start a VPN service which people can connect through a mobile app.

What I want to know is, how can I source VPN servers ?

Should I buy VPS s in bulk and install VPN server applications ?

Building the mobile app is not a problem for me.

Probably rent VPS's.

You'll need a marketing team, customer support and a payment processing system.

Maybe start a journey and keep us informed of your progress.

I had an idea like this one a while ago. Yeah, some follow along / journey thread would be amazing.

You need like 1000 servers, with atleast 10ips per server and alot of bandwith per server. A system that will controll all of em. And team of 10 ppl to care for the servers. App developer. Right here i have like 30k expenses.

That's a pretty expensive venture. You need a lot of money for the servers and employees, a good legal team, hefty marketing budget, a good marketing team and of course skill to manage all that.

Don't get discouraged. This could be a life changer for you.

Simplest thing, come up with a business plan and pitch a wealthy person.
