How to start a proxy company?

First off I apologize if this is the wrong place to post, I was looking for a good 30 minutes on where to post.


Anyways, I am wanting to start a proxy company that sells proxies for sneaker releases but having some troubles fully understanding how I can do this. I understand how proxies work and the different types but how exactly can I obtain cheap enough proxies to mark up to sell?
