Well you have a lot of spy software, but what i would go for is the oldest spy technique in the book. Find someone who works for your competitors and also use the oldest trick in the book , pay him more. You will get all the information that you need and you will be always one step ahead of your competitors. Put some sweat talk into it and some money, positive attitude and get yourself a human spy. hehehe Cheers.
