There's no reliable way to do this. Your best bet is estimates generated by tools like SimilarWeb or SemRush etc.
Unless you do some crazy shit like corporate espionage and plant your employee in your competitor's business and they sneak in a script of yours into their source code.
Or you get a hacker to highjack their backend and plant a script.

For specific competitor is hard to find it but you can start using Ad Spy tools to see what is going on with similar product and ads.

Without access to competitor’s system you’ll get squat (like someone pointed it few comments earlier). Best you can do is to get their sourceid’s/partnerid’s but to match those with actual websites you are going to do lots of legwork, social engineering, corporate espionage, etc. Unless you have funding and can bank hard without getting caught don’t do it
