Yeah, as mentioned above - usually the engagement-follower rate is a good way to tell, if it's less than 10%, 5% at the least - they probably bought all their followers.
I remember I was live streaming from one of my accounts to test the engagement and it got about 20% of the followers to see it, but then normally likes/comments is about 5-10% of my actual following,
which of course are legit followers I targeted.
They always end the post with their name at the end.

Negative follow ratio, high follow ratio. following close to max limit 7000 are dead give aways. Checking socialblade to see major swings in following on a 4 day span.
Run a tracer (an app) to monitor likes per hours. SO many ways to weed out an account that used black-hat, engagement pods, etc..
Better yet, force them to IG Business profiles. All the stuff is revealed there. Hence all the BS talk about Biz profile decreasing your engagement as white smoke.
