Xrumer is definite buy, you'll also have to purchase a server to run it. Make sure you go with a provider that won't ban you once you start using it. Perhaps a Twitter or Social marketing autoposter as well to get more traffic to your website. It's really up to you.

for xrumer i have static ip at home, i can run it on my laptop

wpmixer is a great plugin. it is easy to use and setup and for linkbuilding, it will autolink comments to any urls you specify. If you have the plugin set to pull 6 comments, it will pull 6 of your links and link them to the comments on that post. If you only have like 3 urls to link, it will link those 3, then turn them into masked links like tinyurls for the other 3 links. I only have problems here and there with the templates but it could be a user error. =] Def recommend wpmixer; it cuts a lot of time down drastically and I love that linking comments thing it does so well!

I live in Australia and we have limits to the amount of Bandwidth we can use - for instance, I have a cap of 25GB counting both downloads and uploads. Running xrummer on a connection like mine would chew my bandwidth up very quickly, thus I would have to rely on a dedicated server. If the OP dosen't really have any issues regarding bandwidth usage then i guess he could run it from his home connection.
Twitter does not help with SEO but it can be a great way to get free traffic to a website at it's initial launch, especially if your known to post quality tweets and content. I had 10 accounts on Hummingbird and I would use a service that updates all ten accounts at the same time. To mix it up, i would also login randomly to an account and type something in so each account has a little bit of uniqueness to it's content. It does work, however it won't bring in millions of people.

While not a tool, myarticlenetwork by Matt Callen is good for backlinks. It's a monthly membership and you submit articles with your links in it [up to 3 per article--any link allowed] and it spreads to site owners for approval. If they approve, your posts are posted to their sites. The links are ******** and show up as posts so it looks better than just bookmarking and directory submissions. If you submit a spin ready article, you get more unique versions of your articles submitted and more variations of your anchor text as well. Recommended.

That's the one; it all depends on the site owners so not really able to give an estimate. It's dispersed to sites related to the category you select, the site owners review the article and if they like it, they post it. If they don't, they reject it. There may be some anals that check that sort of thing, but I have had success with spun plr no problems. =]

its about $520 + $10/month but you need to find good proxies and to get a good dedicated hosting if you have a mobile ip(like most of us).

I think you should invest in blog commenting tools like the Ultimate Wordpress Spammer, and etc that is only $50, then add it to your collection of tools to use for backlinking. It is also a good tool to sell services in any big webmaster forum like Digital Point as well.
My opinion is to buy a cheap, worthy, reputable submitter, and make some money off it, enough to buy the big guns like xrumer, so you aren't taking a big dip if you don't really know how to use it effectively.
