How can I increase my loading time for my site? I have a lot of javascript in my site and so it slows down my site. I used wp fastest cache for wordpress and it helped but still want to increase it the speed. I know another way is MAX CDN...but don't know if it's worth $20 a month for...Any other ways guys?

I ordered $5 gig on fiverr for someone to speed it up, they fixed some google pagespeed stuff, seemed faster but..not enough..

Try CloudFlare 1st, its free. And some shared hostings are slow like hell, in this case better to change hosting.
    Check this wp hosting: siteground.com

This is what stablehost told me:

You can't use let's encrypt certificate provided by cPanel with free CloudFlare. Please contact CloudFlare for alternatives or clarifications.

I seriously think people are not reading my first post. Thanks for the help, but I already mentioned I used pagespeed.

And some of you who said image optimization i already did that. Please please please read the first thread post entirely instead of the first sentence.

    Thanks

If you already used page speed and followed all the suggestions that Google gave you then you'd already have a good score. I highly suggest you go back over what Google output. What is your score? And are you telling me you fixed ALL the problems they listed and now when you run your site through Google say NOTHING?

And if you do have everything fixed that Google suggests (which would shock me given a guy on Fiverr "fixed" it) then I'd simply look into better hosting. However in my experience, unless you're running a VERY heavy site or are using VERY cheap hosting today, this is rarely the issue.

how about move to VPS.. try build same website on new VPS..
use nginx + php 7 + mariadb + lets encrypt if you want ssl..
compare with your old website.. optimize image.. remove unused code, compress manually to avoid error by plugin and then use cdn for more speed..
for my experience, i'm not use cloudflare because increase my FTB.. but if you need easy security you can use it..

I copied and pasted what you said and this is what stablehost said

"You might be able to use that SSL issued by zerossl.com on CloudFlare but not with the free CloudFlare CDN. You will have to upgrade the ClouFlare plan to use Let's encrypt SSL or any other SSL."

Where does the majority of your traffic come from geographically? The biggest bang per buck in page rendering speed is not from optimizing html/images, caching, lazy loading, inlining or deferring javascript. It's reducing latency. Put the machine hosting your site as geographically close as possible to the saps and suckers you're trying to target.

This site gives you a far more accurate assessment of your website speed, worldwide.
