3. Minify and Merge JavaScript and CSS
4. Analyze Your WordPress Plugins
5. Optimize the Database
6. Cache Content

From your profile, it seem´s like you run a web development company "aistechnolabs.com" since you linked it and you need recommendations on "some best plugin for Wordpress" ? .. This is a perfect example on what is wrong with people today, self-proclaimed so-called Gurus .. It´s sad that people commit fraud just to earn a buck. really, people come on, make a buck, but at least have some integrity and moral of what you do.

9. Use PHP 7
10. Optimize Webserver (Apache for example remove unnecessary modules)
11. Cache DB queries
12. Get a decent hosting
13.a Cut down HTTP requests
13.b Reduce External HTTP Requests
14. Remove plugins for stuff you can achieve with simple builtin logic
15. Use a theme or built your own, that doesn't use complex logic for simple things
16. Enable Gzip Compression
17. Load Scripts t page bottom
18. Add an expires header to static resources
19. Control the amount of post revisions stored
20. Turn off pingbacks and trackbacks
21. Split Comments into Pages
22. Use Excerpts on Homepage and Archives
23. Split Long Posts into Pages
24. Prefetch Commonly Used Domains

I didn't write it, I'm not going to copy and paste the entire thing. Merely sharing a valuable article I came across. I don't even use WordPress but still got some good ideas from it.

Nope, maybe I should offer one... But most things you could do from your control panels in WP or host (depending on hosting).
For most of the points you find a howto on the web if you c&p it to google. There're hunderts of howtos on wp optimizing, with the exact headlines i posted.

If you have detail questions write here and we can have some more value in this thread

As I generalized that statement, is it not fraud to have a business and website where a business states that they are "experts" to their customers, when in fact they are asking for "some best plugin for Wordpress" in a forum so they can sell their "expertise" to their customers, then what is fraud? This is the problem today, people are accepting this kind of behavior and like just call it "a shameless self-plug" when it is clearly a fraudulent behavior.

So the company "aistechnolabs.com" that you link to in your profile is not your company then? Weird to link someone else company in your profile, hmm ..
