I dont think you will be able to send 10k skype messages a day, unless you have alot of proxies, different servers, hundreds of accounts, etc.. and even then it still may be impossible.

They ban now after about 500 messages, then after 2-3 accounts you will be unable to create more even after changing ip. Used to do it...
