Can I spam with newly registered Quora accounts?
How much should I delay between comments and posting?

No, you shouldn't.

Though it's been a while I did anything on Quora, back then answers often get hidden on new accounts especially if I was answering many questions too quickly.

From my experience, Quora unlike other platforms may not immediately delete your account. They'll just keep hiding your answers. From you point of view answers would be live but from third-party or those not logged in, it won't be visible.
 
With new accounts, don't operate too quickly and continuously. They will soon be banned.
In the beginning, kept account viewing posts, commenting on a few posts, not too much

What criteria are used to determine the limits? I created a new account for spam answers and was able to answer about 30 questions per day without any problems

Could you see your answers when logged out, or on a different PC?

You can get shadow banned at this rate.
 
I never had success with Quora, my answers were always collapsed. No matter the account, proxy, upvotes.
 
You need multiple accounts with proxy usage to spam Quora.

Were you linking to an affiliate link or your own site (and if your own site was it an "authority site" or spammy)?
 
Dude, why the hxxx do you want to spam it? It is already full of trash.

You will need to change your IP address, log in from a different device, and use different accounts.
