How to solve this issue,help me

I have woocommerce store,I recently placed paypal and credit card payment option on on checout,yesterday my first customer was paying through his credit card for purchasing but he got this error after placing order
"This transaction cannot be processed.the merchant account is unable to process.
Transaction error) something is wrong".
I did these settings from backend,like i put API password,signature and API name as well. Is there any other settings i need to do or its paypal problem,please guide me.

It might be PayPal issue mate try to send money within your circle to check your paypal and if doesn't work change the Paypal ID

In the settings it didnt ask for paypa id anywhere,its just ask for API details.which i did.

i am using woocommerce paypall pro for accepting CC. put all details , but still give error which i posted above
