How to solve paypal account negative balance

Online it says to do a payment or have someone send you the money.

My negative amount is quite small. Around 5 dollars. Can someone help me sort this out? None of my friends have Paypal to send me money. So not sure what to do.

Create a payment link from your PayPal account and let a friend pay that using his or her card.

I too have a paypal negative balance issue in one of my paypal.I contacted paypal and they replied me with the below message:

[ I request you to contact our UK Collection's team via call and they will charge your card and resolve the negative balance.

Once resolved, you can ask them to restore the PayPal account.

Operating hours: Monday - Saturday, 7am - 6pm GMT ]

I have still not resolved this and will do so in few days.Kindly double verify details and than only initiate.Use above details at your own will.I simple pasted the above reply i received from paypal. Thanks.
