Turn off all campaigns, and change payment method, if the problem is still not solved you should cancel that payment method on the account to avoid losing money, and use a new account.

If the account is not banned, add a new card immediately so that the old card can be refunded within 1-3 days. When the account is banned, it is not certain that it will be returned.
