How to solve duplicate videos

Does anyone knows where i can find something like video uniquefier or some program with which i can change video fingerprint so youtube don't mark it as a duplicate?

I know that i can do that by shortening video for a second, but i have large number of videos so this option isn't best for me.

Why don't you just make videos manually and upload them manually (like you are supposed to) and then they never get deleted, and you keep making money forever more.
