How to solve "Advertiser Identity Verification" from Google Ads

Hi.
I have bought google ads account from the owner few years ago, everything works great, and few days ago I got notice saying I need to complete "Advertiser Identity Verification".
I can't reach this person now, and I'm afraid I will lose my account.
The account is EU account.
Please advice if you have any solution here.
