How to skip creation ad?

In an MCC account, this page is part of the required account profile setup. There’s no separate skip button because you’re not creating a campaign , you’re just finishing basic account info.

Yes, in MCC it seems you can't skip this step

I suggest that you fill out the needed fields as presented or look at Google's official support material to see if that step is necessary. It's better to follow the right steps than to try to skip setup pages, which can occasionally cause problems later on.
 
You can fill in the basic information to get the account started. You can enter any content you like at first and edit it later. This step is mandatory and cannot be skipped.
 
just use the "expert mode" trick or set up a dummy campaign with a fake url and pause it instantly to get into the dashboard.
