Hello , i have weight loss web site with silo structure.

i have two sub-silos pages with articles

1- /Nutrition/Weight-Loss-Recipes/...
2- /Diet/dukan/...


Now i want to publish this article : "10 DUKAN DIET RECIPES " , which one i choose ? i can choose /Diet/dukan/10-recipes and link this page to /Nutrition/Weight-Loss-Recipes/ ?

Should I tell him or should you?
