How to sign up for Adworkmedia? It is not working....!

Hi dudes, I was about to start my journey through content locking. So after creatint everything, i just went to create a new account in AWM. But where is the sign up form? There are sign up buttons everywhere, but when I click those nothing happens.

Could someone tell me how to get into that page? Thanks.
