How to shut down a website using my personal info?

So, recently I received a phone call from someone claiming that she was charged on her credit card for something she bought on my website.
When she gave me the name of the website, I realized that this website doesn't belong to me and is using my personal information without my consent under their contact info. I tried to contact the owner of the website to tell him to remove this, but I haven't received any response back and they're still using my info.
I don't want people calling on my phone for something I have nothing to do with. I did a whois search and it appears that this website is hosted under Amazon Webservice. I tried contacting Amazon but still nothing has been done yet. What can I do to have this website shut down?
