I don't know what to call this feature on SERP it's like website page tab. See screenshot.



Click the image to see it more clearly.

WhatsApp site is just an example. Below the meta description how can i enable this on my website? I know this is silly but for me I would rather click this site compared to the one who doesn't have this. It's like this site is more legit since it's showing more options on serp.

Yeah authority sites have this but i have a competitor site with 5 months old domain and a 4 page content and this pages are showing in SERP.

Anyone know how to do this? I believe it could increase your CTR if your in the top 5.

Guess its automated like sitelinks, comes from google's end.
