How do you show author page, followers etc in google search results when you have a blogspot blog?

Sign up for Google plus page then if you have wordpress there is many plugins for Google Authorship then wait about a week or 2 and it will show up

I had it set up properly, but according to google it shows when it could be relevant to the user. And it showed on google own rich snippet preview, so I think everything is good.
