How to ship with less then $1

If you can keep it under 1oz, you can ship it with a postage stamp for $0.46 and if not, then it's $0.20 additional per ounce. So if they are under 3oz. then you are good to go.

You could also ship it via media-mail. it takes like 3 weeks to ship across country, but its super cheap.

Most of $1 auctions is a promo auctions. Many top-sellers with thousands listings make a dozens $1 auctions daily for promoting their store. Some peoples saw pretty goods for $1 and go to the store and buying a lot of good from this store for regular price.

Minimal postage cost in China is about $2.50 for a packet. This price with all discounts for huge sellers like DX.
 
Nope i already checked. I have to sell silicone wristbands and because the shipping is so much i have to raise the price :(

I do not think that you are going to be able to ship a package, even if it is small, for under a dollar. Prices are going up and it is sad to say that things are no longer cheap like they used to be.
