How to Share Facebook Ad Accounts Between Partner & Client Business Managers

Through partners, Facebook searches for the account sharing feature; once shared, it is fairly simple to disable a BM account.

I’ve made major breakthroughs but can’t seem to solve the last part of the puzzle
Your client should set up an ads account and knows their Business Portfolio ID
Then request Partner access and specify permissions and send it for approval

Facebook is closely monitoring the feature of sharing accounts through partners, and after sharing, BM accounts are at high risk of being disabled.

Nowadays, adding customer and partner access to BMs is less of a problem than ever before.

If you're still having issues, the most likely missing piece is the correct business ID, incorrect role assignments, or assets that aren't being shared. I recommend scheduling a quick screen share session with the client to walk through these steps together. You can walk them into the business settings, confirm the ID, and make sure the ad account is being shared correctly.

Make sure the client grants "Manage Ad Account" access to the partner via Business Settings. Then, link the ad account under "Partners" in both Business Managers. If issues persist, check admin roles and account ownership.

This will be a vital process for effective collaboration and secure access management if you figure it out, good luck, I can't help you

Meta is sweeping BM a lot lately so this needs to be limited. After sharing, it is very easy to disable BM account

Use an intermediary Bm for you and your customers to use the account from the main Bm

Sharing an advertising account through a partner requires a business ID. Check the granted access and make sure Bm has a payment method. Good luck.

Shouldn't have done that during this time, I did and lost 2 BM

facebook has scanned BM a lot so sharing is limited to reduce the risk of being disabled and can't share too much at once
