I’m trying to seamlessly share a Facebook Ads Account between Partner and Client Business Managers. I’ve made major breakthroughs but can’t seem to solve the last part of the puzzle. If you've successfully navigated this process or have insights on the missing piece, I’d love to hear from you! Let’s do this together!

Maybe we can find a way using facebook API , willing to pay upto 50k

Recently the meta is sweeping BM a lot so this needs to be limited

facebook has been scanning BM a lot recently, so sharing is limited to reduce the risk of being disabled, and it will take some time because it is not possible to share too much at once

The storms have caused accounts and BMs to be restricted, try splitting and start sharing

Fb is scanning for account sharing feature through partners, after sharing, it is very easy to disable BM account

You might want to ignore some of the advice above, seems like a bunch of agencies having issues but that doesn't mean you should.

Go to: Business portfolio ID: (The one you want to share the dataset/pixel to)

This would be the link you want to open:

business.facebook.com/latest/settings/business_info

You will want to copy the business ID number.

Now get into the Business Manager you want to share from and Open the Business Manager your Dataset is in which you want to share, select it

1. Click on Partners.

2. Open up Assign Partner, and enter the business ID you copied above.

Now either you or the owner of that new business manager has to accept it and it's done.

Not to hate on some agencies, but even now when FB is hard this is just the way it works. If you get banned get better accounts, warm up more or change agencies, etc.

Without being able to share your pixel it might not even be worth running, depending on your industry.

Currently Facebook Scans MB accounts very cruelly so sharing must be limited, usually I only share with 2 to 3 partners to ensure safety.

Facebook is very strict in controlling the sharing of ad Facebook accounts with many people. If you share with many partners and customers, it is easy to be disabled. So split them up and share each ad account with only 2-3 personal accounts.

recently when business asset partner is very easy to get banned BM.and absolutely can not appeal.don't know if this is a bug or they are making some changes in the business process

Go to Business Settings > Ad Accounts > Assign Partner, enter the partner BM ID. If not found, BM needs to be verified. If blocked, use a guest BM, add an admin or clone a new account.

Facebook is scanning BM so sharing with current partners can easily kill BM. So don't share with too many people at once.

Well I am trying to do this via facebook API, I have approved app with business_management and ads_management permisions along with ads_management_standard_access .
I am trying to add client BM using the following curl request
/partnerBMID/managed_businesses?existing_client_business_id=clientBMID

I also tried with system user admin token, it only works with the BM which is directly attached with the facebook app.

All the queries , to add BM , add new admin, share ads account etc, only works with the BM attached with the facebook app but not with other BMs.
I also tried Business access token but not so helpful

To share a Facebook Ads Account between a Partner and Client Business Manager, the client must share the Ad Account ID, and the partner must accept the request in Business Settings. Ensure proper permissions and verify billing details, as ownership cannot be transferred.

In order for a partner and client business manager to share a Facebook Ads account, the client must provide the Ad Account ID, the partner must approve it in Business Settings, and the appropriate permissions and billing information must be confirmed.

The client provides the Ad Account ID, the partner approves it in Business Settings, and the appropriate permissions and billing information must be confirmed before a Facebook Ads account may be shared between a partner and a client business manager.

Sharing is restricted to lower the danger of being disabled due to Facebook's recent heavy BM screening, and it will take some time because sharing too much at once is not feasible.
