How to setup Youtube search ads

Hello Everyone,

I dont mean to offend anyone but please i need help to figure how my competitors are setting up ads in youtube search results.
These are not video ads but Text/Image ads that lead to a landing page. I cant find how to do this in google ads. Too many options.
Below are samples.
I have been battling to find the right type of campign in google ads to do this just specifically for youtube search result ads

You need check this box in english must says "Include Google Search Partners"
