I have some idea but I don't have enough knowledge about this topic.
I don't want to be another proxies seller, I just need them for personal use and usually it doesn't worth to buy some in relation to time they are used.
I saw some tutorial on the forum but I need further explanations.

If you can help just PM or contact me on

If your help is very usefull I'm willing to pay some money!

It isn't too difficult but with proxy services being so cheap now I wouldn't bother. If you want want to you need a VPS or dedicated server with multiple IPs routed to it and then do a search on the net for squid server with multiple outgoing IP addresses. Squid isn't configured out of the box for multiple outgoing IPs but it isn't extremely difficult if you know linux a little.
