How to setup Replica store for long term?

Hi all, I'm looking to get back into the replica game. Ran it a few years ago and got sued at around 15k/m. Marketing it is easy, I'm just lost on longevity.

How do you go about setting up the front and backend to avoid DMCA and processor takedowns? I get that running cloaked and stealth stripe/paypal accounts buys time, but I assume I'll need many domains and stores as backups.

I guess what I'm asking is, what is the most scalable way of running this?

Shopify? How do you name products on there to remain compliant and avoid takedowns?

Sure, you need more freedom and less restrictions since it's obvious any bad triggers could hold your entire setup back.

Ads are interesting too, setup should be fun.

yeah woo is definitely the way to go over shopify because shopify will ban you almost instantly if they get a dmca. but honestly the website platform isnt even the main issue, its the payment gateway. stripe and paypal have gotten crazy good at detecting stealth accounts and cloakers lately. you might last a few weeks if you are lucky but you will spend most of your time just trying to get your money out before they freeze it. its a massive headache tbh

I appreciate you taking the time to respond man. What alternatives are you looking into other than PayPal and stripe? Any processors you can recommend?
