How to setup expired web 2.0?

Hello all together!

It is very funny to see the different trends on BHW. When reinstecker post his method about autoblogging, everybody set up pornblogs, everywhere you saw journeys about autoblogging, then came healzer with his pinterest thread, everybody talking about pinterest, then authority sites, and now expired domains.

Everybody try to find valuable expired domains at the moment, even the chance to snatch a nugget is nearly zero. You need to have real good technical equipment and a lot of high priced software. I am sure 99 % of the BHW members dont have the requirements for this. (including me)

So I tried my luck with expired web 2.0. I made a few test, and was surprised. There might be still some nuggets.

I have now around 20 tumblr & blogspot blogs, with a nice backlink profile and good metrics. For example:

tumblr blog PA 47 Moz Trust 5.98 MozRank 5.01 TF 17 CF 29 (Several links from huffingtonpost (com & fr), fox etc)

Of course, the pros will say, oh there are much better ones, but for me as a beginner I can say, I am happy about!

Ok, now to my question. How to set up the expired web 2.0 to use it as a linksource for my authority site? The problem, most of the web 2.0 i found, are not in my niche. I think this is a big disadvantage, but can not be the end of the world.
There are many different opinions on the net how set up a expired domain, but how to set up a expired web 2.0? If i try to restore the blogs with the archive data, I will have big copyright issues. This is the last thing I want.

I would be very happy if some people could guide me, share there experience and give me some tips.

I really don't care about the previous niches in the expired tumblr blogs. I Just recreate and optimize it for my niche..
Works for me and i don't see any problem in there.. But if the expired blog falls under your niche, then you're lucky...

The beauty of something like tumblr is that you can just reblog other people's posts - that's actually the natural thing to do on the tumblr platform. The only issue is that the post where you link exists can then fall off the main page so try to find a theme that allows sticky posts to prevent this from happening.

For blogspot sites, you just have to post some articles like you would on an expired domain - there's not a lot of difference.

Thanks for the Info! Can you describe, what you mean with optimize? Does it mean you add just content related to your niche? Do you reconstruct the content of the original, or even part of it?

You mean you reblog relevated content to your niche, stick it to the top and link to your money/authority site?
